Guest scores & sentiment
From 205 guest reviews · multi-source · as of 2026-07-16
Guests highly praise the exceptional staff hospitality, abundant breakfast accommodating dietary needs, and refined restaurant cuisine. Rooms are spacious and clean, with modern amenities and popular balcony jacuzzis. The wellness area is well-equipped and relaxing. Located quietly near Trento, main drawbacks include average soundproofing in historic wings, tight parking during dinner peaks, and occasional lack of check-in guidance.
