Guest scores & sentiment
From 205 guest reviews · multi-source · as of 2026-07-17
Guests highly praise the staff's professionalism and warmth, spacious clean apartments with modern design, and scenic views in the tranquil Ayla area. Minor drawbacks include missing cleaning supplies in some units, limited half-board dinner options, reliance on partner pools/beaches, and occasional check-in delays or facility rule communication gaps during peak times.
