M.B
Contemporary · ★★ Michelin

In keeping with the Ritz-Carlton Abama, a spectacular resort boasting attractive gardens, palm trees and a whole host of leisure options and one that fully deserves its myriad plaudits, the M.B restaurant exudes the same essence of luxury and exclusivity that is reserved for the chosen few. It features a room used for welcome drinks and after-dinner coffee (including innovatively presented petits-fours) and cocktails, a contemporary-style main dining room with a predominantly white decor, and two glass-fronted galleries that are used as terraces in the summer months. (Temporarily closed for renovations). The elaborate cooking of the Padrón brothers (Juan Carlos and Jonathan) highlighted on their own menu will definitely find favour with guests – especially given the fact that they are the sons of chefs and nephews of fishermen. In keeping with its philosophy and always ably supported by their wives (both of whom fulfil the role of sommelier), the focus here is on traditional Canary Island recip

Chef Niki Pavanelli, who is originally from Bologna and can often be seen passing from table to table to explain his dishes,

Under that striking term from the volcanic lexicon (Crater), this restaurant, which brings the gourmet offering of the luxurious Royal Hideaway Corales Villas to life, aims to be a showcase for the history, gastronomy and culture of the Canary Islands. The restaurant, located on the first floor of the hotel, features an open kitchen and a pleasant terrace overlooking the golf courses, with the ocean as a backdrop. Tenerife-born chef Eduardo Domínguez proposes a menu of delicate dishes that seek to promote Canary Island cuisine from a creative perspective, dedicating each season to one of the e
