This is the second restaurant of the idyllically situated Hohenhaus hotel, a magnificent property steeped in history. The interior has a classic, rustic decor and a warm atmosphere – plus a lovely 18C tiled stove. The seasonal cuisine is based on premium ingredients, sourced from the region for the most part.
