JR-West Hotels is a hotel group within the JR-West Group. Official company information says it operates 5 brands, 13 hotels and 4,422 rooms in Japan, mainly around the Kansai region. Its portfolio is built around rail-linked stays: Hotel Granvia is positioned as a higher-end, full-service base connected to Shinkansen and terminal stations; Hotel Vischio is lodging-oriented, with streamlined services and strong station access; THE OSAKA STATION HOTEL, Nara Hotel and Umekoji Potel Kyoto add more destination-led or historic positioning. JR-West Hotels presents two membership services for guests, JR Hotel Members and WESTER Points.
