With the ‘Negral’ and the ‘Gaststube’, there are two concepts under one roof here, in the ‘Klostergasthaus Löwen’ dating from 1870 on the grounds of the imposing former Cistercian monastery dating from 1194 in the St. Urban district. On the first floor, Pascal Schwarz and his team offer modern, classically based cuisine in the form of a surprise menu, including vegetarian options, in the chic little gourmet parlour ‘Negral’. The six, eight or ten courses are prepared using excellent seasonal, regional and international produce. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the monastery church. Tip:

This is Pascal Schwarz's second restaurant on the estate of the former 12th century monastery. In addition to the gourmet restaurant, he also has his ‘Gaststube’ in the historic monastery inn in the St. Urban district - also on the first floor. Modern interiors have been attractively integrated into the traditional setting - on the terrace behind the house you can enjoy the good cuisine of Pascal and his team as well as the view of the imposing monastery church, which is well worth a visit.
