Restaurant Kunz
The Kunz family have run this establishment in the village of Bliesen for many years, working together like a well-oiled machine. The proprietor and his chef Patrick Jenal propose two set menus ("Signature" and "Traditional") – both for a minimum two diners – and an à la carte selection as a pleasing alternative. Alongside classic French dishes such as Breton sea bass with artichokes, fennel, sauce Béarnaise and jus, you will also find the well-known Kunz classics, including cordon bleu of milk-fed veal loin filled with honey-cured ham and Taleggio cheese.
