The story of the Donei family is intertwined with that of this ancient Alpine dairy, transformed into a restaurant in the 1950s, when the parents of current chef-owner Paolo delighted early vacationers with wholesome dishes, helping establish it as one of Val di Fassa’s most celebrated tables.
