Le Deck Restaurant
Opposite Le Baron Tavernier boutique spa hotel, you can expect pedigree Gallic fare with strong Mediterranean accents in a score that changes monthly. Both the signature and à la carte menus are defined by top-drawer produce, e.g. crudo of wild gambero, violet fig dressing and toasted buckwheat; local lamb cooked two ways, stuffed nidi di rondine (swallow’s nest pasta) and crispy chickpea fritters; strawberry and matcha tea tiramisu. For a jaw-dropping view of Lake Geneva, bag a seat by the window. In summertime, the outdoor bar is heaven for drinks, before or after dinner.
