Getting there & around

From the airport

Antalya Airport (AYT) is the main gateway, about 55-65 km from Kemer depending on the hotel area. The easiest arrival is a pre-booked hotel/private transfer or taxi, usually about 1-1.5 hours in normal traffic. Public transport is cheaper but slower: take Antalya tram T1A or airport bus 600 toward Antalya Otogar, then a Kemer-bound coach/minibus; allow about 2-3 hours with waiting and luggage. There is no train or metro to Kemer. Gazipaşa-Alanya Airport is much farther and is usually impractical for Kemer unless flights or transfers are very specific.

Around the city

Kemer has no metro. Most visitors move by walking in Kemer Merkez, taxis for short hops, and dolmuş minibuses/coaches along the coast between Beldibi, Göynük, Kemer, Kiriş, Çamyuva and Tekirova. For Antalya-side buses and trams, use AntalyaKart or a contactless bank card where accepted; in Kemer-area minibuses, carry small Turkish-lira cash and confirm the destination before boarding.
