Manuel Grabner and Claudia Stiglitz describe their concept as a "culinary balancing act between a country inn and a fine dining restaurant". This holds true for the decor (a blend of traditional and modern), but especially for the cuisine. From an appealing array of dishes, you can compile your own set menu as you please – with starter and main course portions available, you are free to choose the sequence yourself. This is the second restaurant run by the Lukas family, and here, too, the cooking can be described as ambitious.
