The Isele family has been cultivating the art of hospitality in this traditional building since 1854. The interior boasts a pleasant atmosphere in which to enjoy classic German cuisine that is seasonal, carefully prepared and based on a range of regional ingredients. The home-made terrines and desserts are definitely worth trying – the diet will have to wait! The wine list also has a very regional slant. In addition, there are comfortable, tastefully decorated guestrooms in which you will be tempted to stay for more than one night!
