The Buggle family has been running this traditional restaurant in the idyllic Lahn Valley since 1827 and chef Joachim Buggle represents the eighth generation to take the helm. He has brought in an impressive concept revolving around culinary classics, serving flavour-intensive, unpretentious dishes.
