Lublin Airport LUZEPLB

Lublin Airport (LUZ) is a compact regional airport serving Lublin and the Świdnik area in eastern Poland, not a major hub and not an advertised alliance hub. Its network is mainly point-to-point: low-cost and leisure routes such as Ryanair and Wizz Air/Wizz Air UK services, seasonal holiday flying, plus LOT’s Warsaw link that can feed Star Alliance itineraries. The airport is easy to read: one passenger terminal, separate Schengen and non-Schengen departure areas, and no inter-terminal transfer problem. For the city, the train is the cleanest choice when it matches your flight, with the station only a few steps from check-in and the ride to Lublin’s main station roughly 15 minutes; taxis and buses are practical backups. Treat LUZ as an origin/destination airport rather than a connection machine: published minimum connection times are not a prominent feature, facilities are modest, and self-connects should leave a generous buffer for baggage, landside recheck, security and passport control.
