Chandigarh Airport (IXC), officially Shaheed Bhagat Singh International Airport, is best understood as a compact regional gateway for Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and nearby North India, not a major global hub. It is not a Star Alliance, oneworld or SkyTeam hub; service is mainly domestic, with official airport information listing airlines such as IndiGo, Air India, Alliance Air and Air India Express, plus limited international links focused on the Gulf, including Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
