SkyUp MT (U5) is the Malta-registered airline within the SkyUp brand, with a registered office in Birkirkara, Malta; SkyUp’s own ACMI page identifies the Maltese company as SkyUp MT (U5; SEU). For travelers, its public-facing network should be read as a mix of SkyUp-branded scheduled leisure/regional flying, especially routes shown around Chisinau, and ACMI/wet-lease flying where SkyUp provides aircraft, crew, maintenance and insurance to partner airlines. I found no official basis to treat SkyUp MT as a member of oneworld, Star Alliance or SkyTeam, and no official SkyUp MT mileage frequent-flyer program; the named Smile Back Card on SkyUp’s site is described as a discount/promo-code program after an unpleasant travel situation, not as mileage earning.
