Air Cairo (SM) is an Egyptian airline headquartered in Cairo, with Cairo International Airport visible as its main Cairo airport presence and a network that also includes Egyptian leisure points such as Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh. Air Cairo describes itself as a hybrid Egyptian airline, with scheduled domestic and international routes plus a charter-flight offering. I found no official Air Cairo frequent-flyer program and no evidence that Air Cairo itself is a member of oneworld, Star Alliance, or SkyTeam; travelers crediting flights should therefore check the operating carrier, codeshare details, and fare rules rather than assuming EgyptAir or alliance earning applies.
