Marathon Airlines

Marathon Airlines is a Greek airline with its published office address in Glyfada; public airline references identify Athens International Airport as its home base. For travelers, it is best understood as a regional-jet ACMI/wet-lease and charter operator rather than a conventional low-cost, full-service network, or cargo airline. Its own site describes services for airlines and charter clients using Embraer aircraft, and I found no official evidence that Marathon belongs to oneworld, Star Alliance, or SkyTeam, or that it runs a proprietary frequent-flyer program. If Marathon operates a flight sold by another airline, mileage credit and service rules should be checked with the marketing/ticketing airline.
