NAM Air (IATA: IN) is an Indonesian airline based in Jakarta, with Soekarno-Hatta International Airport as its main hub. It operates as a regional feeder carrier within the Sriwijaya Air group, with a network centered on Indonesian domestic and secondary-city markets rather than long-haul international flying. Public member lists for the three global alliances do not show NAM Air as a oneworld, Star Alliance or SkyTeam member, and I did not find a source confirming an airline-run frequent-flyer program for NAM Air.
