For travelers, it is best understood as a passenger airline with a mixed scheduled-and-charter profile rather than a global alliance carrier: the airline’s own route page lists domestic and international scheduled services from Kyiv/Boryspil as well as charter flights, while its homepage says operations are suspended indefinitely because of martial law in Ukraine.
