The apartments are located on the Levante Beach seaside in Calpe, just beside the promenade, 1 km from the Calpe rock 'Peñón de Ifach' and approximately 2. 5 km from the town centre. The apartment complex was constructed in 1991. It has a 24-hour reception desk in the same building, a commercial gallery, car park and garage for guests arriving in their personal vehicles. One-bedroom apartments are provided with a complete kitchenette with electric oven and fridge, a complete bathroom, a terrace with lateral sea and pool view, a twin bed or two single beds and sofa bed. Two-bedroom apartments include a second room and a separate kitchen. Safety deposit boxes are available to rent at reception. This complex features 2 adult swimming pools and 1 for children.
