The atmosphere in the dining area is inviting and lively, and the waitstaff are friendly. You might even catch a glimpse into the kitchen behind the bar. Together, Alina Meissner-Bebrout and Tim Ostertag run the kitchen, preparing an interesting modern five-course set menu – a vegetarian version is also available. Plus he is not afraid to embrace bold flavour associations. A prime example is his succulent and tender chicken oysters, beautifully seasoned and appealing combined with pan-fried oyster mushrooms with a little bit of bite, as well as crunchy marinated celery – a dish to nourish the soul!
