Renovated in 2008, it consists of 9 apartments, a reception desk, a restaurant, an outdoor barbecue area, a solarium, several terraces and a car park. The apartments are decorated in traditional Canarian style, in an attempt to conserve the spirit of the location. They feature a bathroom with hydro-massage shower and bathtub and an integrated lounge/kitchen with refrigerator and tea and coffee making facilities, as well as satellite TV and a terrace.
