Located in Barcelona's central Eixample district on Villarroel Street, these apartments are a 15-minute walk from Paseo de Gracia and conveniently close to the Hospital Clínic metro station. Barcelona Sants AVE train station is also within a 15-minute walk or a short metro ride. The fifteen modern apartments, accommodating four to five guests, offer free Wi-Fi throughout. Choose from deluxe and executive two-bedroom apartments, each featuring a living-dining area with a sofa, flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. For stays of six nights or more, a general cleaning is included, though guests are kindly requested to leave the kitchen tidy on their departure day. A maximum of two apartments can be booked per reservation. Three or more apartments are considered a group booking and are subject to different cancellation policies. A €350 security deposit is required upon arrival to cover potential damages. Check-in and key collection take place at Calle Muntaner 60, between 10:00 AM and 1:00 AM. Apartment access begins at 3:00 PM.
