- The Junior Suite is approx. 72 sqm, an open corner room featuring double vanities, a marble bathtub, and high-quality bedding.
- Initially faced restrictions on suite voucher upgrades, but after multiple complaints, the hotel eventually provided a free upgrade to a Junior Suite.
- Located on the outskirts of the city center, about 3km from Sapporo Station, requiring taxi or subway access, but transport is convenient.
