Opposite the Parque de los Enamorados, in a charming old farmhouse on the Golden Mile, the famous sommelier Marcos Granda is thriving. For the greater enjoyment of the dining experience, apart from the elegant contemporary dining room, this space has two wine cellars, a private room with terrace, a chill out area... The chef from Toledo, Mario Cachinero, who approaches the liquid concept of the proposal with a special passion (this is the case of the Quisquillas dish and its Thai broth), proposes a return to the classic Andalusian recipes and the flavours of this region through creativity, rei

Another culinary project courtesy of renowned sommelier Marcos Granda, who returned from Japan at the end of 2019 astonished by its culture and the country’s respect for the finest ingredients – a revelation which led to the development of this new project.Nintai features a design based around pure lines, large windows, several private dining spaces and a large sushi bar with 12 seats, where guests can watch him work, create and improvise his 'itamae' style of cooking (which literally translates as 'in front of the chopping board'). Here, everything induces a feeling of serenity – the perfect

Josper grills, a hint of smoke that pays homage to the embers, matured meats from select beef breeds, tasty yakipinchos (an adaptation of Japanese yakitori), knives from different sources... all with an elegant and international touch, as well as the personal stamp of chef Dani García. In this eye-catching restaurant, which has twin outposts in Madrid and Dubai, the different cuts of premium meats (Tomahawk, T-bone, Txuletas...) are the main protagonists. Interesting fact: Before your eyes, they will prepare what they say is the real Caesar Salad, made on the spot with slices of mature beef.

Looking for a Japanese restaurant with soul and a family atmosphere? Located in an annex of the iconic Puente Romano hotel, the restaurant is run by chef Andrés Médici, an expert sushiman from Argentina, and Ivi Boeri, who serves as head of service and sommelier (she specialises in sake). The most significant element is that, after the entrance hall, there are two well-differentiated spaces designed for different proposals: The Lounge, with low tables and a menu designed for sharing plates, and the Omakase Bar, a little more elegant and reserved exclusively for its gastronomic menu, with simpl

La Milla Marbella
Seafood, Regional Cuisine

Located on the sand at the heart of the Playa de los Nagüeles, this former “chiringuito” (beach bar) has been successfully brought up to date to add a stylish decor to its unbeatable setting. Here, you can enjoy traditional Mediterranean cuisine that flies the flag for fish and seafood of the highest quality and which is enhanced by modern touches yet without losing its Andalucian flavour. Although the dining room boasts stunning views, La Milla also features two pleasant terraces. The menu includes a selection of charcoal-grilled dishes, as well as appetising options such as the brioche of wh

Areia
Farm to table
€€€
A Mediterranean-inspired restaurant with a striking decor of light tones and original artisanal fabrics adorning sections of the walls and ceiling. In the kitchen, the emphasis is on internationally inspired cooking, including dishes such as veal shank (for two to share and carved up in front of you), the unmissable beef sirloin Rossini, or the surprising variety of soufflés (with the final flourish and flambé in the dining room). The à la carte is complemented by a tasting menu.
