Located in the cove of the same name and popular with a “VIP” clientele, Jondal occupies a bucolic Ibiza-style building where Rafa Zafra, a chef with a passion for the sea, is at the helm. Outstanding fish and seafood are, understandably, the stars of the show here, including an impressive selection of dishes built around caviar and created using a variety of different techniques (grilled, raw, fried, cured, salted etc).
