Located in a small building on the main street, this buzzing little place is run by the team behind the restaurant Faux Bergers. Here, modern dishes showcase ingredients from the Charlevoix terroir: marinated scallops with spinach and buckwheat, root vegetables and maitake mushrooms, or frozen nougat with pumpkin seeds.
