Phở Lệ has been serving authentic Southern Vietnamese phở for over 70 years. Despite its age, the bustling stall remains popular among locals for its bold flavours and generous portions. The mixed beef noodles feature raw and cooked beef, brisket, beef balls and tendon and a rich bone broth.

Set on a bustling street corner, this modest eatery with indoor and outdoor seating has a lively atmosphere. The star of the show is bún riêu: rice noodles (thin, thick or flat) in a tomato and crab broth. The fried dough and tender pork trotter make for flavourful additions.

At this true gem in the bustling city, the chicken phở is nothing short of amazing. The essence of its deliciousness lies in the rich, aromatic broth, made by slow-cooking chicken and pork bones for 3-4 hours. The tender chicken slices and rice vermicelli are also divine.
