Concrete floors and a black ceiling lend a contemporary-cool vibe to this small space located a few blocks from the ocean in the center of Cocoa Beach, while Chef Daniel Joseph Penovich's kitchen is a quirky mashup of Japanese styles that doesn't take itself too seriously.
