The name pays homage to the chef’s father, himself a cook, an ultimatum issued by his then-girlfriend to “force” him ashore from cruise ship work, which has since become something of a family mantra. The menu at this restaurant features traditional dishes from Campania with updated twists, some of which (such as the “sigilinium” bread) even date back to Ancient Roman times.
