Nothing is too much trouble for her when it comes to her guests, who she encourages to relax and fully appreciate the experience. The five-course tasting menu comes with plenty of little extras and the flavour-packed dishes are truly beautiful to look at – with flavours to match. In an all-encompassing experience, the contemporary artwork on the walls changes every two months along with the menu – and the ceramic dishes are specially designed by the chef himself.
