Set in a historical building right on Stadtplatz, beside the city wall and Lederturm, this inviting restaurant was once a feather bedding shop, as the façade still proclaims. A ceiling with old wooden beams provides a striking contrast to the sleek, modern decor. Diners seeking a special experience can reserve seats at the chef's table in the kitchen. Chef-patron Kevin Stummer creates contemporary, pared-back dishes that blend Mediterranean and Japanese influences, while hostess Carmen Stummer provides warm, attentive and adept service.
