Beyond the bar by the entrance (ideal for a cocktail), the dining space has an urban, industrial feel and features an open kitchen. The modern dishes created here – such as "grilled pork belly, ginger spinach, fermented black bean sauce" and "zander filet, confit leek, bean purée, parsley, Jerusalem artichoke" – are visually appealing and impress with their quality and bold flavours.

The names of artists who, through donations, have contributed to the upkeep of the establishment are displayed on the ceiling. The attractive modern interior of this restaurant tucked away in a building complex may come as a surprise – the small glass dry-aging refrigerator at the entrance and the kitchen, visible through a large window, draw the eye. As the name makes clear, steak is the mainstay of this joint, but there are other appealing mains, starters and desserts. Fish and seafood are available only if ordered when you book.
