Guest scores & sentiment
From 80 guest reviews · multi-source · as of 2026-07-22
Guests highly praise the immaculate cleanliness, spacious units, and exceptionally welcoming hosts. The location is convenient, with easy access to supermarkets, the airport, and Dunedin city, plus ample parking. Minor drawbacks include road noise for some units, compact bathrooms with shower splash, dimmer room lighting, and occasional requests for minor amenity tweaks.
