This historical city establishment was designed to preserve the 'Palacio Rivas' national heritage and is equipped to the highest standards of the modern hospitality industry. Recently renovated it seamlessly combines the facilities of a conference-hotel and a leisure destination. Located in central Santiago it is just steps from the main tourist areas, the government buildings and La Moneda subway station. The lively Lastarria district is approximately a 10-minute walk away and the famous Bellavista district can be reached for just over 15 minutes. At the end of their travels guests will be pleasantly surprised by the cosy beds in their comfortable, soundproofed and air-conditioned rooms. Each of them is tastefully decorated and has large windows that soak the natural daylight. If they need to cool-down a can dip in the outdoor swimming pool or chilled drink from the cafe-bar may do.
