The residence enjoys an excellent location in the town, two steps away from the Place du Capitole, the Hyper-centre and Matabiau train station, which makes it an ideal place to stay both for short and long business travels as well as for leisure trips. The hotel features 48 top-range apartments offering a vast choice of luxury facilities. Guests will have access to a secure indoor parking, a SPA centre with fitness, sauna and hot tub facilities. The heated swimming pool is open from May to October with minimum outside temperature (and outside technical maintenance periods) from 9h (9AM) to 18h (6PM). The apartments are air-conditioned and offer free WiFi access, a flat-screen TV, a modern bathroom and kitchen, and a balcony. Our furry friends are welcome free of charges. The reception is open from 7:00 a. m. to 10:00 p. m. For any late arrival, please contact the reception at info@apparthotel-clementader. fr or call +33 5 62 73 28 20. We will send you the late check-in procedure to collect your keys independently and securely.

Rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with kitchens, while the pool and sauna are highlighted as great amenities.
