Bookings of five rooms or more, or stays of five nights or more, require a 50% non-refundable deposit within seven days of booking. For stays during the 2025 Galway Races (July 28th - August 3rd), a 50% non-refundable deposit is also required; the hotel will contact you regarding payment. A lost-and-found service is available, though the hotel is not responsible for lost or misplaced items. A frequent bus service to Galway city center is accessible just outside the hotel. Please note: For health and safety reasons, only the registered number of guests is permitted in each room. Children over 13 are charged the adult breakfast rate. Family rooms accommodate children under 13.
