The hotel is located in the historic centre of the city of Granada in Nicaragua, specifically on the famous road La Calzada and 100 metres from the central park. The hotel is housed in an elegant Neoclassical-style building from 1900, declared of historic significance and completely renovated. The hotel offers its guests a quiet and very private ambience. It also has beautiful gardens and a café. With a total of 23 guest rooms, the property also features 24-hour reception and check-out service, a restaurant, conference facilities, WLAN Internet access, room and laundry services. All rooms are equipped with basic amenities and needs for a stay, each with an en suite bathroom with shower, a hairdryer, satellite TV, individually regulated air conditioning and a safe. Rooms with either double or king-size beds are available. Guests may take a refreshing dip in the outdoor swimming pool, work out in the gym.
