The Makeney Hall Hotel is a magnificent Victorian country mansion, situated in the heart of Derbyshire, set in six acres of beautifully landscaped gardens with breathtaking views across the Amber Valley. Only eight miles from Derby and two miles from the flourishing market town of Belper, Makeney Hall enjoys tranquil surroundings and offers easy access to Derwent Valley Mills, Nottingham City and Gullivers Kingdom. Guests of the Makeney Hall Hotel are invited to enjoy free WiFi. There are four meeting rooms, with the hotel able to accommodate 140 people for banquets and 180 for conferences. All guest rooms offer a flat-screen television, coffee maker and hair dryer. Some rooms offer a balcony, desk, down pillows, sofa sleeper and an iron and ironing board. This is a non-smoking hotel.
